Position: Building Administrator
Duty Stations:
-Bishoftu Town
-Woliso Town
Place Of registration: Human Capital Management đź“ŤAfrica Avenue (Bole Road), Dembel City Center 4th Floor (Kindly use lift number 6)

Education and Experience
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, Materials and Supplies Management or any Other Related Field plus three years of relevant experience.

Proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English languages are desirable

Main Roles and Responsibilities
 Ensure the proper functioning of the building to meet the required service.
 Ensure preventative maintenance of building is conducted based on the maintenance cycle set for building and follow up implementation of maintenance
 Supervise, control and monitor the activities of the assigned plumbers and electricians.
 Ensure that the building has got enough supply of electric power and water
 Follow up the building is being properly cleaned and damage furniture, office equipment and other disposable materials are timely removed from the vicinity by communicating user organ on the building
 Administer rent contract of the building user
 Collect rent income from the user
 Pay utilities used by the building for government offices periodically

*Salary and Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefits scheme
*Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
