The prosecutor’s pre-trial hearing on Sebhat Nega was canceled without a witness.
Sebhat Nega and et al, appealed to the Supreme Court over the prosecution’s pre-trial testimony.
Following this, the Arada Division of the Federal Court of First Instance was scheduled to hear the prosecution’s testimony against Enebshat Nega today.
However, the court ruled that the hearing was suspended and that it would remain closed until further notice.
The attorney general has asked the Supreme Court to appeal today, but one of the appellants responded that he could not argue in less than a week due to illness and workload.
Accordingly, it is rescheduled the hearing for April 6, 2013.
