The Electoral Board has announced that the voter registration will end today.
“Voter registration, which has been conducted in 11 regions and city administrations across the country, will end today.
Therefore the registration will be ended today in Addis Ababa City Administration, Afar State, Amhara State, Benishangul-Gumuz State, Dire Dawa City Administration, Harari State, Oromia State, Gambella State, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region.
The Board called on the media, social media participants and political parties to provide information to citizens, noting that today is the last day to register candidates and encourage citizens to take their cards.
