FDRE Peacekeeping Center International Peacekeeping Institution Launches Second Degree Program in Peace and Conflict Management Education Sector

Lt. Gen. Bacha Debele, Chief Coordinator of FDRE Defense Construction Works of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE), said it is encouraging to start the education sector in order to modernize the system and create a well-trained, technologically advanced and competent peacekeeping force.

Personal interests and rights cannot be protected without national dignity. He said the army should be the country’s ambassador more than ever in its peacekeeping mission.
Maj. Gen. Habtamu Tilahun, Commander-in-Chief of the Defense War College, on his part said the launch of the education sector will strengthen our institution in the international peacekeeping mission and make the army more efficient and knowledgeable.
The development work carried out by the center was attended by senior military leaders who participated in the discussion. They are explained.
