ALIKO DANGOTE RECEIVES MAJOR BOOST TO TAKE OVER ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB

The richest Blackman at the moment, Aliko Dangote has received major boosts towards his plans to buy English Premier League team, Arsenal football club. All the indicators given by the businessman in his explanation as condition to purchase the club are ripe.

Dangote earlier explained that, “there were a couple of us who were rushing to buy, and we thought with the prices then, the people who were interested in selling were trying to go for a kill. We backtracked, because we were very busy doing other things, especially our industrialisation.”

“When we get this refinery on track, I will have enough time and enough resources to pay what they are asking for. It’s not about buying Arsenal and just continuing with business as usual. It’s about buying Arsenal and turning it around,” he said.

The billionaire added that, “I’ve run a very successful business and I think I can also run a very successful team. Right now, with what we’re facing, over $20billion of projects, I cannot do both.” He however kept the hope alive after announcing in a recent tour in his refinery with Adesina, the chief of the African Development Bank that, the plant will kickstart in the third quarter of 2022.

This means, the possibility of buying arsenal is very high. In terms of financial capacity, the billionaire is far prepared, especially as bloomberg’s index for 2022 reported a further jump in wealth to $20.4 billion following a sudden surge in shares of his cement manufacturer, the Dangote Cement.
