Action will be taken against those who do not implement the cement marketing and distribution guidelines – Ministry of Trade and Regional Relations

The Ministry of Trade and Regional Relations has announced that action will be taken against those who do not implement the cement marketing and distribution guidelines. The Ministry announced that although the Cement Marketing and Distribution Directive No. 908/2014 has been implemented since July 5, 2014, it is not being delivered to the consumers in relation to distribution links and selling prices.

According to the information of the ministry, it has been confirmed that during the monitoring, cement is being released from the factories and found in various warehouses and sales places outside of the distribution guidelines. Therefore, the Ministry of Trade and Regional Connection urged the administration of each state and city to coordinate with the relevant security institutions and deploy a cement marketing control team to strictly monitor and control the illegal cement marketing that is taking place outside of the guidelines.

The Ministry has emphasized that the selected parties for the distribution should immediately receive the product from the factory and offer it at the temporary selling price so that the consumer can get the cement product.
