10 Al-Shabaab terrorists arrested and their secret houses seized by Somali Security forces
Somali National Security forces arrested ten Al-Shabaab terrorists, and seized three residential houses they were secretly operating and weapons in a planned security operation in Mogadishu.
After receiving intelligence from both the public and the ground agents, the Special Forces of the National Intelligence and Security Agency conducted the operation last evening. It was a success.
This network of Alshabab terrorists, who planned terrorist acts to harm the public and undermine the security in the Capital, was destroyed by the police.
The terrorists arrested include hitmen who were ready to target innocent Mogadishu citizens, doctors who were willing to treat the militia, and others who provided accommodation and transportation for terrorists.
The government of Somalia is determined to eliminate terrorists. It thanks the Somali people who shared the information and calls on youth who were misled by terrorism, to return to their families and surrender to government.
