Madam Rustonlyn Suacoco, #4 Montserrado County Representative, has accused Sen. Prince Y Johnson is accused of trying to assassinate her.

Serving as guest on a local radio talk show, Representative Dennis narrated that she has received several threats from the Senator via text message dating the 5th, 9th and 10th of September 2022 which she disclosed that one content of the Senator’s message was giving her an ultimatum to either support, abstain or keep quiet from always going against his personality and his bill to grant his university charter that will make his institution recognized and eligible for subsidy from government.

She claimed that she did not see Senator Johnson at her residence, but her nonstop attitude to get at her and his recent incident at her house where her ceiling was smashed into and her doors were ripped open by an intruder have led her to believe that Johnson wants to take her life.

“I am dealing with someone that has killed lot of people “. She said:

Representative Dennis said she objected the bill because of Sen. Johnson’s war crimes and human rights violation records and not because of personal reasons. She calls on him to drop his name from the institution and rename it after Nimaba County or a prominent citizen of the county if he’s sincere about the love he professes for Nimba.

She added that her action against the bill was based on the students’ academic future outside Liberia when aiming for a higher level of education. She stated that Sen. Johnson’s bad record has damaged Liberia’s image and that students who graduate of his university might not be considered seriously or denied admission to university outside Liberia. She claims he’s evil and doesn’t have the mental capacity to run a school.

“He’s not a normal human being, he killed a whole president and keeps intimidating Presidents”. Dennis said.

She stated that she will continue to criticize Senator Feinstein when he is in an abusive situation against the country and promised to continue calling for the War and Economic Crimes Court.

She also clarified her stance not only on Sen. Johnson but also about all ex-warlords. In addition, she stated that she would engage the National Election Commission (NEC), United States Embassy Monrovia, and the European Union to discuss the reasons why actors in war and sanctioned officials should not be allowed to participate in the upcoming presidential and general elections.

Sennator Prince Johnson

She was a bit disappointed in President George Weah’s decision to name part of the Invincible park after Alhaji Kromah, an ex-rebel leader from ULIMO K.

Senator Prince Y Johnson responded to Rep. Dennis and called her accusation a falsehood.

He stated that after he applied to his institution for charter status and was told that Rep. Dennis was against it, he asked her three colleagues in the lower chamber, Representatives Solomon George, Thomas Fallah, and Dorwohn Gleekia, to convince her. He stated that he later obtained the telephone number of Representative Dennis from Dorwohn Geekia, the nimba district #6 representative, and reached out to her via text messages.

Senator Johnson denied threatening Rep. Dennis, but said that he kindly asked her to meet him in person and begged her to stop attacking his personality and diverting from the real issues.

“Not because I fought means I am a killer. You are using the money that has Doe’s picture on it to show how the government was dictatorial. You are part of Urey party who bought weapons for us but you cannot leave the past behind”. He said.

He urged the representative ask why he participated in the war. Senator Johnson said that the constant attacks from members of opposition are only because he chose President George Weah over a candidate from their side.
