President William Ruto arrives in Addis Ababa
H.E. President William Ruto, the newly elected president of the Republic of Kenya, landed in Addis Ababa today (October 5) for his first official visit.
H.E. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and other senior government officials warmly received the President at Bole International Airport.
It is expected that the President will consult with Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed on the strengthening of the longstanding Ethio-Kenya relations.
This is President Ruto’s first visit to Ethiopia after being elected.
