Posting on her Facebook account Commissioner Lalise Dhugaa said Oromia National Regional Government affirmed its highest level commitment to the conservation and development efforts of Bale Mountains National Park in a meeting with UNESCO-IUCN evaluation team today.
President Shimelis Abdissa met with the evaluation team and assured his government’s commitment for the realization of BMNP World Heritage status and follow up conservation efforts.
