The journey of the new Synod has been successful so far, said the spokesman of the Synod, Haylamikael Taddasa. The movement so far has shown that the demands we have been raising before have a popular basis, he said.
Angered by our journey, the church group who has been using church as a political weapon and personal profits for years are currently trying to erupt the violence and try to disrupt our movement, he said.
