A final written warning letter issued to ESAT Television.
The Authority issued a final written warning to ESAT TV for repeatedly presenting unbalanced, unfounded reports that undermine public unity and trust.
The Authority said the violation is in violation of Media Law 1238/2013, Law of Prevention and Control of Hate Speech and False Information 1185/2012 and Journalistic Ethics.
Accordingly, it issued a final written warning to the media to refrain from disseminating unbalanced false reports and information that affects the coexistence of the people.
