Hollywood legend Dan Aykroyd makes surprise appearance on BBC Saturday Kitchen Live leaving fans delighted
Who you gonna call? Dan Aykroyd, apparently. The movie star is taking part in Saturday Kitchen Live on the BBC today and fans have been left delighted.
Dan famously stared in Ghost Busters and has been an audience favourite ever since. The star is appearing on the cooking show today (June 3) and faces eating his ‘food hell’ of duck and parsnips.
Fans of the show took to Twitter to share their amazement that Dan was taking part in the live recording. And they of course made plenty of Ghost Buster jokes.
Nisha said: “#saturdaykitchen wow who you gonna call…” Steph asked: “How the hell did they get Dan Akroyd on #saturdaykitchen” followed by a laughing emoji.
However, some people said that host Matt Tebbutt kept calling him dad rather than Dan in a mistake straight out of a classroom nightmare.
One fan tweeted: “Who else thinks Matt keeps calling Dan Dad?… #Saturdaykitchen.”
