Private Higher Education Institutions Remedial Examination will be conducted online from August 23-26 E.C
The Ministry of Education has announced that the compensatory exam will be given to two government colleges as well. Eba Mijena (Dr.) Executive Director of Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Education stated that the remedial exam will be given to 143 private higher education institutions and 2 government institutions.
The exam was scheduled and given by the institutions from June 26 – June 30, 2015 EC. Due to the problem that occurred at the time and the high number of private institutions in the remedial exam was extended and agreed to be given on the internet at the mentioned time, so the institutes were urged to improve their skills by giving computer training to their students.
He said that since physics and history subjects are not included in the compensatory test, candidates should focus on the other subjects and prepare them selves. Dr. Eba urged the institutes to announce the number of students who have passed the exam as soon as possible, and for the students to practice and familiarize themselves with the exam software before the main exam, as well as test the model exams.
The chief executive informed that the government institutions that give the exam are also required to prepare and monitor computers connected to the internet for the exam.
