Ethiopian Airlines Launches New Flight to Gatwick
Ethiopian Airlines inaugurated a new three times a week flight to London, Gatwick Airport.
The commencement of the new flight to Gatwick increases the national flag carrier’s destinations in the UK to three and the second in London after Heathrow Airport.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by the State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga, the airline Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Lemma Yadecha, and the UK ambassador to Ethiopia, Mr. Daren Welch.
The addition of the new flight to Gatwick is said to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Following the launch of flights to London Gatwick, the airline’s total international destinations have reached 136.
