1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
2. Click Payments  Payments info.
3. Click Manage settings.
4. Scroll to “Payments profile” and click edit  next to the country you’re providing tax info for.
5. Click Manage tax info.
6. Add Tax Information for the Ireland Country
7. After adding all necessary information submit your form.
