Destructing the countries in the name of Democracy is enough – China
China has said it must stop plotting to overthrow the government in the name of democracy.
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Wang Wenbin’s Remarks on the Struggle for Democracy. A spokesman for a group of Chinese officials who joined the #NoMore Movement, which started with a small number of Ethiopians and is now a global movement, has spoken out against the crackdown in the name of democracy and human rights.
In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Wang Wenbin said Libya, Yemen, Iraq and Syria, which had been devastated by the intervention of the United States and its allies, were “just enough to destroy in the name of democracy and human rights.”
China has repeatedly stated that it is unacceptable for countries to claim to be the sole educators of democracy, but that democracy and human rights can be achieved in their own way.
Ethiopia, which has repeatedly warned against foreign intervention, has reiterated that it will not tolerate any attempt to interfere in the human rights of African ambassadors based in Geneva, Switzerland, through Justice Minister Gideon Timothy.
